Three Core Systems Working Together

Each tunnel integrates airflow, dehumidification, and smart controls into one precision system.

Airflow Engine

Dual fans on each door push 12,300 CFM total per tunnel. Our fans are set off-center, rotating the air inside the tunnel 15 times per minute. With a total air changeout every 20 seconds, residence time is measurable and consistent — something impossible to achieve in an open-room layout.

All-in-One Climate Control

Every tunnel features its own integrated dehumidifier and temperature control unit with a dedicated 2,300 CFM blower. This all-in-one system gives each tunnel independent climate management — no shared HVAC, no cross-contamination between batches.

Smart Controls

Each tunnel features an intuitive digital control panel for real-time monitoring and adjustment of temperature and humidity. Set your parameters with ±0.2°C and ±4% RH precision — then let the system do the rest.
