Dry-Well was founded with a simple observation: traditional open-room drying for softgels and gummies was fundamentally broken. Manufacturers were waiting 7+ days for products to dry, dealing with inconsistent results, and wasting enormous amounts of floor space.
We set out to engineer a smarter solution — a patented tunnel drying system that gives manufacturers precise control over every variable that matters: temperature, humidity, and airflow. The result cuts drying time to 36–48 hours or less (formula dependent) while delivering batch-to-batch consistency that open-room systems simply cannot match.
Based in Joplin, Missouri, our team designs, builds, and installs drying systems for manufacturers across the country and around the world. We work closely with each client to ensure their system is optimized for their specific production needs.
